Nick Dupre is Board Certified in Estate Planning. His practice concentrates on probate, estate and gift tax planning, business planning and taxation, asset protection, estate administration, charitable organizations, real estate transactions, tax controversies, and intellectual property transactions.
In 2004 Nick earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Trinity University. In 2007 he received a Juris Doctorate from Texas A&M School of Law, where he graduated Cum Laude. Nick is a member of the Houston Business Estate Planning Council, the Disability and Elder Law Attorneys Association and The Woodlands Kiwanis Club.
Jason W. Ceyanes, Sr., Ph.D. CFP® joined the HEA Board of Directors in 2019. Before he entered the financial services industry, Jason was a public school educator for 18 years, including five years as a school superintendent.
He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Houston, Clear Lake, Masters Degree in Educational Mid-Management from the University of Houston, Clear Lake and a Ph.D. in Educational Administration from Texas A&M University, College Station. Jason currently teaches a Personal Money Management course as an adjunct professor at the University of Houston, Clear Lake.
David Schuelke served as principal for many years at Tomball Intermediate school and retired as Asst. Superintendent for Tomball ISD in 2014. David earned his B.A. in Education and M.A. from Sam Houston State University.
Marilyn Bourque worked in Conroe I.S.D as a teacher, counselor, and educational diagnostician for 36 years.
She holds a B.A degree as well as an M.S. degree in counseling from Lamar University. Marilyn is a current member of the Texas Retired Teachers Association.
